Land

New 20 acres

I purchased 20 acres in the fall of 2021. The land has 6 acres of high ground and 14 acres of meadow. I had an approach and culvert installed last fall and I will build a driveway and parking pad next spring. I also plan on moving my trailer/shack to the new property. The land has grouse, pheasant, and deer. It is secluded and quiet.

Cabin/Shack

I purchased two lots close to Mille Lacs Lake in 2020. I built a small trailer and removed the springs and axle to make it look more like a cabin. The cabin sits on the two lots next to 300 acres of black spruce bog. It has a couple of bunks and off grid electricity. There are lots of bear and deer in the area.

Hunting/Camping Land

I also purchased 40 acres of hunting/camping land seven miles from the cabin. The land is adjacent to 1000 acres of MN DNR hunting land. It includes an acre of high ground on this island. The island is covered with maple, oak, and birch. There is also a 3 acre pond on the property with a creek feeding the pond and one leaving the pond.

The first picture shows part of the 40 in the background. These two pictures were taken on state DNR land on the way to the property.

The build

These pictures show my build of the shack during the spring/summer of 2020. I had to start with some early spring clearing.

This is a shop that I built on 2.36 acres near Fargo. I sold it when I moved to Eden Prairie
